  • “Beautiful views. Wonderful staff. Great amenities. Close to everything downtown: Alley Theatre, Houston Grand Opera, Houston Symphony, Houston Ballet. Lots of artists live here. I love walking to work followed by a group of ballet dancers and musicians carrying their instrument cases. Georgia James Tavern is right off the lobby and is an EXCELLENT restaurant."”

The building itself has so many amenities , as someone moving from LA I have missed the luxury that it provides , and this property is everything and more.   • "My must haves- resident events so I’d force myself to socialize with a hectic schedule, ridiculous amenities, resort living, community, safety, location and ridic views. I got it all. My ultimate goal was to not need to leave and to have all the amenities I’d have at a resort. This is how I invest in myself.
